PICKING IT UP contested the early pace from the inside, dueled between runners to the far turn then battled DUBRONSKY into the stretch, fought that game rival to mid-stretch, poked a head in front into deep stretch and determinedly lasted for the win. DUBRONSKY settled then saved ground into the first turn, made an inside middle move along the backstretch, dueled to the far turn then battled PICKING IT UP into the stretch, fought gamely to deep stretch and just missed for the win, while holding for second. JON L tracked from the inside, saved all of the ground to the second turn then bid into the stretch, could not find a final late kick and held safely for third. I'MAGAMBLER settled in the second flight to begin, advanced two to three wide along the far turn, angled four wide for the stretch drive and was gaining late. ATTILA'S ACE contested the pace into the backstretch, dueled three wide into the far turn, lost position nearing the top of the stretch and yielded in the late stages. WE NEED MARKETING tracked the early pace three to four wide and between runners, lost position into the second turn and weakened. OTTOMAN EMPIRE settled two to three wide and between runners, chased into the stretch and did not make a late impact. AMERICAN SOLO settled three to four wide in the early stages, chased four wide along the far turn and did not threaten late. PLEASE THE COURT was unprepared at the start and off slowly, saved ground to the second turn and did not factor in the late stages. CLUE tracked the early pace four to five wide, could not keep pace to the second turn and tired. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE START INVOLVING PLEASE THE COURT AND RULED THAT RUNNER CAUSED HIS OWN ISSUES AT THE START AND NO ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN.
