Chart notes
TOUR GUIDE pressed the pace three then two deep into the far turn, shrugged off inside rival leaving the furlong marker, repelled inner and outer bidders through the final sixteenth, determined finish. HEAD LAD settled inside off the topflight to second bend, stuck in traffic at the furlong marker, in tight inside at the sixteenth pole, stayed on willingly after a brutal trip. EL GUNNER rated kindly around the first turn, advanced four deep into the second bend, in range turning for home, hung through the final stages. RUNNINGTHENUMBERS broke in air at the start, circled the field four wide around the second bend, improved placing through the lane. BOSSME roused on between runners around the first turn, pressed into second bend, gave way. LIL BIG BOSS pressed the pace along the rail into far turn, weakened. IRON TAP slow into stride, saved ground, never factored.
