Chart notes

GLORYLAND broke sharply and went to the front to establish a short lead with several in close pursuit, met a challenge by JAYDYN CAT approaching the three furlong pole, dueled that rival into the stretch, maintained a slim advantage under steady handling and urging and held on to the wire despite racing on the left lead through most of the stretch run. JAYDYN CAT broke well but opted for a stalking/pressing position to the outside of GLORYLAND through the early stages, moved up to challenge heading to the three furlong pole, then dueled into the stretch, continued to press that rival to the wire but could not get by and had to settle for second. RUNTOLIVE was between horse in the tracking group then boxed in going into the turn, got free late on the turn then found some running room in upper stretch and rallied under urging to gain third. ASPEN LINK tracked four to five wide with the second flight, then move up to challenge midway on the turn, came five wide into the stretch and kept trying to the finish but could not get there in time. MOION off a step slow then hustled to get forward position, pressed GLORYLAND from the inside heading into the turn, then lost the inside path on the turn, dropped back, re-bid into the stretch and finished weil but was not quite good enough to threaten. CLASSIC DEAL was crowded at the start and off poorly, advanced steadily down the backstretch four wide to join the main back by the turn, continued to rally through the turn to loom a threat then flattened out in the stretch. SABERFIGHT raced three deep in the tracking group, steadied out of traffic approaching the half-mile pole, dropped back, went four to five wide through the turn and was finishing with some interest but much too late. REAL DEAL RYAN did not display any speed and was one of the last to the turn, kept to the inside and was mildly gaining up the rail. GRACE'S SOLDIER dropped back and raced in last down the backstretch, launched a tepid bid five wide on the turn then finished one-pace and never a serious threat. TAKEN IT outrun from the break, settled inside with the third flight, moved up into traffic heading into the turn then came under a ride from the five-sixteenths marker but did not respond and was not involved in the late stages. I'M SO HOT broke well then tracked three deep in the second flight, started to struggle to keep pace after passing the three furlong marker and had little to offer in the stretch. STOP SHOP N DROP raced six wide down the backstretch then about five wide through the turn and tired in the stretch. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
