Chart notes
FEDE dueled upfront out of the chute, continued to battle up the backstretch while well out in the strip, three path through the turn, continued dueling upper stretch, edged away late under steady handling. SHE'S MY LADY LUCK broke out to help tighten up R PRETTY KITTY, bumped with that foe, was straightened, dueled up front while closest to the inside, continued on equal terms with the winner along the rail into the stretch, proved stubborn to the wire, clearly second best. VOLATILED in the second flight while between horses into the turn, called on for run late in the bend, could do little with the top two through the lane, finished up best of the rest. R PRETTY KITTY in tight and bumped start, recovered to race behind the duel outside, four wide through the turn, went evenly down the stretch in lacking a closing response. LA GIOCONDA broke in, raced back and failed to menace. QUEEN IN THE DECK remained back in failing to threaten. ANNIE GOODBODY four wide and toward the front out of the chute, four wide backstretch, began a steady retreat before a half.
