HOT ROD KITTY was off slowly, settled on the outside and four wide on the turn and never threatened. PAOL LABAMBA was off slowly, saved ground and never factored There was a STEWARDS INQUIRY concerning the stretch run and also a OBJECTION the number five versus the unofficial winner the number three, after the STEWARDS reviewed the replays the allowed the OBJECTION and disqualified the number three from first and placed him second. . There was a fifteen minute delay in the start of this race due to a rider being thrown for his mount and had to be transported to a hospital in the ambulance.
