Chart notes
MASTER CONTROLLER bumped an inner rival at the start, sped clear early on, dictated terms in the two path around the turn, dug in to resist an inner bidder in midstretch and held firm. SINISTER SMILE stalked along the inside, bid inside of the leader in midstretch but was kept at bay. STUDENY stalked two wide, proved no match for the eventual top pair in upper stretch and willingly chased them home. VEX chased from midpack in the three to four path into the lane and lacked a bid. HOMER'S ODYSSEY bumped an outer rival and dropped back at the start, tugged inside of foes approaching the five furlong pole, settled into the turn and failed to factor. STEEL VENOM was bumped by rivals on both sides and pinched back at the start, raced at the rear in the four path and made little impact. ESH pursued two wide and between horses but was done early.
