TRAVEL THE MAP dueled with MR. EXECUTIVE for the lead from along the outside, shook that one off leaving the quarter pole to open a clear lead and maintained a safe advantage. MR. EXECUTIVE dueled for the lead with TRAVEL THE MAP from along the inside, dropped back leaving the quarter pole then angled out for the drive and was gaining again late. PEDAL TO THE METAL chased the leaders from along the inside, swung out to be three-wide entering the stretch and finished in a mild rally. SAN ANDRES bobbled at the start then was allowed to settle while racing two-wide, came into to brush with MONGOLIAN SPRING nearing the sixteenth pole and finished willingly. MONGOLIAN SPRING saved ground while being unhurried, was brushed by SAN ANDRES nearing the sixteenth pole and failed to threaten. ICE TOWER was prominently placed early while racing two-wide and tired.
