Chart notes
RADICAL RHETORIC was well rated early, moved out and made a four wide move on the turn to hit the front nearing the quarter pole, came four wide off the bend and was sent down for the final furlong and responded well to hold off the bid from MAHOVLICH and edged away late to prove best. MAHOVLICH stalked the pace from the outside, three path on the turn and was in between rivals nearing the quarter pole, moved out and came five wide into the lane to make a bid nearing the furlong marker but could to get to the winner and had to settle for being second best in a good effort. CANUTO was off a step slow, recovered and rushed up the inside and moved out to prompt the pace three to two wide, made a two wide bid to lead briefly before the winner made a wide move, continued on the inside chasing the leaders off the bend but faded while besting the rest. SHOTGUN bumped at the break, chased the pace on the inside, two wide on the turn and weakened. FOREVER NOW broke outwardly and bumped a foe at the start then went on to show the way early, moved to the inside entering the turn and was headed and folded leaving the quarter pole. HOLY DANCER was bumped at the break and trailed early and had no response.
