Chart notes
HEADED FOR OM stalked outside a rival or in the two path, tipped out leaving the bend, put a head in front in upper stretch and drove clear from OVETA'S HOBBY late. OVETA'S HOBBY dueled from outside, inched ahead at the quarter pole, lost command to HEADED FOR OM in upper stretch, fought to the sixteenth pole, then yielded while holding second. LOVIN' ON THE RUN stalked the dueling pair from inside, moved out a bit in upper stretch and finished willingly for the show honors. NOKIE allowed to settle early, raced along the rail then in the two path on the turn, also finished willingly down the lane but got outfinished for third. PRINCESS MIDNIGHT trailed up the backstretch, chased in range three then four wide on the turn and could not summon the needed late kick in the final furlong. SHE'S SPLENDID settled outside a rival, rounded the bend two then three wide and failed to produce a bid. RUNNING SUPER dueled from inside, fought to upper stretch, yielded with furlong remaining and weakened in the late stages.
