Chart notes
SUNNY ISLE BEACH was off a step slow, then tracked the slow pace in the two path on the first turn, made an early bid between rivals to vie for command leaving the nine sixteenths, drew clear on the turn and came three wide off the bend then was challenged to her inside nearing the furlong marker and dug in and held on gamely to prove best under a drive. LADY MERCEDES moved up on the inside to vie for the lead on the first turn then went on to set a pressured pace entering the backstretch, then relented the lead entering the far turn and tracked the leader while still saving ground, cut the corner and made a inside bid nearing the furlong marker and dueled for command in the furlong grounds but was out-gamed late and had to settle for second best. LASERJET was brushed slightly at the break, reserved early and towards the inside entering the far turn, eased out leaving the five sixteenths and came five wide into the lane and was along for the show award late. PSYCHEDELIC was off a step slow, settled early and advanced entering the far turn to be in between rivals and made a mild bid two wide nearing the quarter pole but weakened in the drive losing the show award late. CORA'S LEGACY vied for the lead three wide and tired after six furlongs. MIDNIGHT TANGO tracked the pace on the outside and three to four wide but stopped after six furlongs.
