Chart notes
ASSEMBLY POINT (BRZ) settled inside, advanced on the final turn, angled out into the stretch, edged clear and just lasted. WARRIOR'S VENDETTA trailed early, split rivals in the stretch, rallied and just missed. DR BAYTER moved clear early inside, vied to the stretch and continued gamely. ENERGY EFFICIENT engaged the leader after quarter mile then weakened slightly late. RUN CORY RUN broke slowest, rushed up wide then proved empty. CLANCY O'TOOLE was fanned very wide into the first turn, remained wide and gave way. UNION LIGHTS saved ground off the pace and was never involved.
