Chart notes
HOLY MOLY MOSES , rated inside horses the first turn, worked between rivals the far turn, moved to the five path in upper stretch, closed nicely outside horses and took the lead in deep stretch. KALIK , three wide the first turn, stalked the pace down the backstretch, advanced in three path to gain a short lead leaving the far turn and flattened out. CARENTAN chased the pace, advanced in the two path to challenge for the lead turning for home and lacked the necessary late effort inside the top pair. SAMBURU (GB) remained along the inner rail the first turn, worked between horses turning for home, steadied on rival's heels near the eighth pole then finished gamely. LIGHTS OF BROADWAY , outside horses down the backstretch, raced wide the far turn, floated to the six path in upper stretch and weakened. BOLD N BREEZY set the pace along the inner rail and gave way on the far turn.
