Chart notes
ESSENTIAL COFFEE prompted four wide, shifted in while leading into the far turn, but put a pair of inner foes into tight quarters while doing so, showed the way in the two path as an outer rival offered a rebid turning for home, then drew off entering upper stretch and was ridden out under moderate urging. SAPPHIRE BEACH (IRE) bobbled subtly at the start, prompted three deep and among foes early on, but steadied hard when put to tight quarters by her outer counterpart into the turn, recovered and reengaged that leader from the three path turning for home, but proved no match in upper stretch and safely managed place. RED DRAPES laid close up along the inside, sustained pressure inside of the leader into the turn, but checked subtly while under a snug hold leaving the three furlong pole, chased the top pair turning for home and gave way. A ROSE FOR SKYLER raced forwardly two wide and between horses, steadied when put to crowded quarters among foes into the turn, pursued in the two path around the bend, moved out to the four path into the lane and tired. GIRL NAMED KNICKI hesitated slightly at the start, trailed early on, got rank and lost action while green and taking kick back approaching the half mile pole, bobbled again approaching the turn, trailed along the inside, shifted out to the four path into the lane and got outrun while hanging on her left lead. THE RIDER OF SAPPHIRE BEACH (IRE) CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST ESSENTIAL COFFEE ALLEGING INTERFERENCE INTO THE TURN. FOLLOWING THE OBJECTION, ESSENTIAL COFFEE WAS DISQUALIFED AND PLACED SECOND.
