Chart notes

DECREE reserved off the pace tracking leaders from the inside for the first half mile, waited off heels down the backside, split rivals on the turn with a steady gain, tipped out around the leader in the lane and wore that one down in the final strides. TUENDA dueled on the lead from the inside to midway on the far turn, kicked clear turning for home and was caught in the shadow of the wire in a game effort. WHAT IF unhurried early to be at the rear of the field, gained position into the far turn to be prominently placed and finished evenly to gain the show. GIDGET ROSE LEE stalked the pace down the backstretch, rallied to threaten on the far turn and flattened out in the lane. PERMANENT PROBLEM pressed the pace battling on the lead from three wide and gave way on the final turn.
