Chart notes

COUPERIN set the pace under steady pressure to the far turn, surrendered the lead on the final bend nearing the quarter pole, came on again in upper stretch to re-claim the lead and prevailed in the drive. SOME R BLESSED stalked the pace for the first half, rallied three wide into the far turn to take a brief lead, battled with the winner through the lane and was outfinished late. FROSTY THE SOLDIER reserved just off the pace down the backside while held up behind the first flight, angled out to circle on the turn and kept grinding through the lane. COOL RAGS tracked the leaders from the fence to the final turn, lost position on the bend as the pack advanced and finished evenly to pass weaker rivals in the lane. P K WOOD pressed the pace from three wide down the backstretch, threatened on the far turn, was the first to succumb in afour horse charge midway on the bend and weakened coming home. LILTONYTWOPHONES raced wide into the first turn, dropped to the rear of the field, made a steady advance down the backside to circle up on the turn five wide challenging for the lead and flattened out in the lane. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
