FOURTH AND CENTRAL chased two wide, bid, clear into stretch, lasted deep stretch. CAMIGOL checked hard, chased three wide, rallied stretch, missed win. WIN N WIN chased three to four wide, ran on for show, was transported off of the track via the equine ambulance. UNIVERSAL LEGEND chased five to six wide to upper stretch, no threat late. EXPRESS LANE drifted in after start, showed speed, overtaken into lane, faded. BEYBE BETO squeezed start, no factor. IL VAGABUNDO trailed throughout. THERE WAS A STEWARDS INQUIRY INTO THE EARLY STAGES OF THIS RACE. IN ADDITION THE TRAINER AND JOCKEY OF CAMIGOL LODGED AN OBJECTION AGAINST THE RIDER OF FOURTH AND CENTRAL, CLAIMING FOUL FOR INTERFERENCE EARLY IN THE RACE. THE STEWARDS RULED THAT EXPRESS LANE CAUSED CAMIGOL TO TAKE UP SOON AFTER THE START AND AS A RESULT OF CAMIGOL FINISHING AHEAD OF EXPRESS LANE, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
