Chart notes
HURRICANE JIM stalked the pace inside around the first turn, vied two wide around the second bend, wore down inside rival leaving the sixteenth marker, kicked clear driving. MIA SAN MIA settled well back down the back side, picked up the tempo leaving the furlong marker, split foes late, along for the place money wire. SCAR NOSE off the pace and off the rail into the second bend, bid three deep into the lane, up finals yards for the show. STORE SALE quick start, solo pace around the first turn, collared leaving the quarter pole, lost crop turning for home, faded through the final jumps. KURUMI GO GO tracked the pace four deep into the far turn, under pressure faltered through the stretch. KING CARLOS trailed throughout.
