Chart notes

OLE SILVER pressed between early, chased up the backstretch, challenged the top pair from outside past the quarter pole, kicked clear upper and drew off while drifting a bit. HOLLYWOOD MISTRESS tracked four wide into the first turn then moved into the three path, raced outside a rival well off the pace in the middle stages, gained through the far turn keeping off the inside, chased three to four wide into the lane, gained the place honors but could not threaten the winner. SWEET HELLO vied three deep around the first turn, dueled outside TIERGARTEN up the backstretch and far turn, fought between rivals late on that bend, failed to kick on with the winner in upper stretch and flattened to third. TIERGARTEN vied inside a pair of rivals around the first turn, fought head to head with SWEET HELLO up the backstretch and far turn, held a short lead over a pair of outer rivals late on that bend, yielded in upper stretch and weakened in the furlong grounds. VIOLET STORM reserved in the two path, tired on the far turn, eased approaching the stretch, coasted through the lane and walked off.
