NYSOS vied inside a trio of rivals to the turn, dueled with DR. VENKMAN past the three-eighths pole, shook free under hand urging in upper stretch and drew off in the final furlong. DR. VENKMAN vied four deep to the three-eighths pole, fought outside NYSOS around the turn, yielded to that rival in upper stretch and kept on for a clear second. SMOOTH CRUISEIN vied three deep between rivals, chased two wide past the three-eighths pole and weakened in the lane. SPIRIT OF MAKENA vied between rivals up the backstretch, failed to keep up past the three-eighths pole, dropped back around the turn and tired.
