Chart notes
THE BOONDOCKER set the pace on the inside, dueled inside into the far turn, shook free midway on the turn, responded when roused, opened up a comfortable margin and held well under urging. SANSONE stalked close up two wide, bid between rivals entering the far turn, dug in gamely in the stretch and finished well on the rail for second. THREE PERCENT raced three wide early, stalked close up three wide, bid three wide entering the far turn, weakened in the lane and held on for third. BRIDOZA raced off the pace inside, chased inside on the turn, angled out, closed belatedly and missed for third. CHOWSER pulled on the first turn, settled off the rail, off the pace, chased two wide on the far turn, came four wide into the lane and tired.
