Chart notes
MATOULA moved clear inside, lost the advantage on the turn then came again late and held safe inside challenge. SO SWELL trailed down the backstretch then closed well inside in the final furlong. CREME CARAMEL prompted the pace wide, moved extremely wide into the stretch willingly. GIA'S FUEGO stalked the pacesetter, bid to the front midway on the turn then weakened late. BURNING EMBERS saved ground close up, angled out near the five sixteenths then came up empty. CEDAR VALLEY saved ground off the leaders and weakened steadily.
