Chart notes
BARREL THIEF outrun in the initial quarter, came in the two path when beginning to rally out of the turn, closed fast to nail the leader in the final jump. SUPERHERO restless in the gate prior to the start, broke in the air to spot the field a couple of lengths, was used to move up and duel early, shook well clear into and through the turn, continued to hold a daylight advantage late, just caught in the very late going. TEXAN FARMER void of speed along the inside, moved out midway on the turn, came in the two path for the drive, along for the show while not a threat to the top two late. TIGERSAURUS REX showed the way out of the chute after an alert break, briefly dueled inside the runner up, in a bit tight then steadied along the rail with a half mile to run, fell back slightly, continued to save ground into the lane, went flat late to be caught for the show. SEVEN DEVILS ROAD made little impact while racing outside. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY REGARDING THE RUN INTO THE TURN, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate final time.
