Chart notes
REBEL GAL was forwardly placed while racing two-wide, took the lead from SMOOCHERRO nearing the eighth pole and drew clear late. SMOOCHERRO set the pace while racing slightly removed from the rail. responded when headed nearing the eighth pole but was unable to stay with the winner while proving to be second best. HER BLIND SIDE was prominently placed while racing three-wide and finished in a mild rally. CRYSTALIZED SECRET broke in then moved up along the inside to race in the middle of the field and went evenly. SHESAYSHELLO settled in the back of the field early, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. RIVERSIDE ROSE chased the pace from along the inside and tired. BELLE WEATHER was closed up early racing along the inside, was in tight nearing the nine-sixteenths pole then dropped back and was unable to recover. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE ACTIONS OF SMOOCHERRO BUT AFTER VIEWING THE FILMS MADE NO CHANGE IN THE ORDER OF FINISH.
