Chart notes
QUARTER RAT tracked the top pair up the backstretch, engaged embattled duo midway around the turn, ran on with good response into the upper stretch, put a head in front near the furlong marker and finished going away. SANTA CRUISER rated off the pace in the opening quarter then moved up along the inside mid-way around the turn, lacked a clear path going by the quarter pole, tipped two wide for the drive, sustained a steady bid and gained second best. TIME MACHINE broke on top and set a pressured pace, vied inside a duo around the turn, shook free turning for home, got collared by the eventual winner with a furlong left to run and weakened to show. RIVZONAROLL applied pace pressure to TIME MACHINE in the opening quarter, vied between rivals late on the turn, ran on in the upper stretch then steadily faded. BIG BOSS BEN raced in contention in the opening quarter, failed to keep pace leaving the backstretch, drifted wide in the upper stretch and continued to tire down the lane.
