Chart notes
CLASSIC AMERICAN set the pace under pressure from SECRET HOTTIE while two-wide, turned back a bid from CLUBHOUSE DRAMA entering the stretch and gradually drew clear late. CHOKECHERY SHARI was reserved off the early pace, came three-wide into the stretch, split rivals during the drive and closed strongly. UNBRIDLED SCHOLAR saved ground while being allowed to settle, angled out to come four-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. KISS OF SPICE settled in the middle of the field, came five-wide into the stretch and weakened evenly late. SECRET HOTTIE prompted CLASSIC AMERICAN from along the inside to the stretch and weakened. CLUBHOUSE DRAMA tracked the pace while racing three-wide, moved up to offer a bold bid nearing the quarter pole and then faltered during the drive. POP CHART was unhurried early, came four-wide into the stretch but failed to be a factor.
