ROCKETS RED FLAIR was up close early, raced three wide into the tur, dueled with RAROTONGA , was bumped by that rival and prevailed. RAROTONGA was void of any early speed, saved ground into the tur, found room early stretch, made a bid on the winner, dueled, drifted out and just missed. YO SOY ROY was unhurried early, raced three wide and offered a mild late rally. PAINTED LAD was allowed to settle early, went six wide and raced evenly late. EXPECT GLORY tracked the early pace, raced five wide and was empty. SIPPIN SCOTCH raced in mid pack early from between rivals and faded.
