CURLIN ROCKS away alertly and raced to the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, set a contested pace from the inside of DREAMB in the run down the backside and through the final turn, and prevailed over that rival following a stretch long battle. Following the running of this race, CURLIN ROCKS was unsaddled on the backstretch and walked off under his own power. DREAMB tracked the leader through the first turn while racing one out from the rail, forced the issue two wide in the run down the backside and through the final turn, and closed determinedly two wide in the lane to just miss. KEEP IT COMING stalked the leaders into the backstretch while racing two out from the rail, commenced his bid three wide entering the final turn, and closed determinedly two out from the rail in the drive to garner a share. GO LENT GO broke sharply and eased off the pace entering the first turn to assume a tracking trip, launched his bid from along the rail entering the final turn, and finished evenly from along the rail in the drive. TIME TICKER away well, but was allowed to settle well off the early pace while saving ground at the rail entering the backside, rallied along the inside entering the final turn, but lacked the needed closing response when called upon. ANDALEIGH was unprepared at the start, and got away poorly while trailingly the field into the first turn, made a mid race move down the backstretch, but had little to offer late. The steward's conducted an inquiry following the running of this race into the start. Following a review the steward's deemed that ANDALEIGH did not receive a fair start, and ordered a full refund on this horse.
