Chart notes
STAR WEAVER set a pressured pace three wide down then backstretch, was headed entering the turn, regained the advantage before the quarter pole, dug in gamely under left handed urging and proved best in a stiff drive under strong handling. LATIN SPICE pressed the early pace inside the winner, dropped back on the turn, came on again in upper stretch then couldn't get past the winner. OWN THE TOWN forwardly placed, made the lead four wide entering the turn, lost that advantage before the quarter pole, kept on but was outfinished. CANDY CRUSHEM advanced outside rivals on the turn then failed to sustain that bid. UNCLEJACKOMO had good early speed then faded.
