Chart notes
VICTORIOUS NYQUIST set the pace in the three path, was ridden around the turn, floated out to the five path at the top of the stretch, and dug in to hold safe. CHANDON stalked in the four path, bid in the five path passing the quarter, ran on from the seven path down the stretch, but got repelled by the winner. BERMUDA CAY tracked in the two path, was driven around the turn, but flattened in the final furlong. MARTINE trailed in the five path and made no impact. MISS TECA bumped with an inner foe at the start, raced off the pace in the two path but did not factor from the three path down the lane. BARBIE B bumped with an outer foe at the start, chased in the four path but made no closing bid.
