STEP LIGHTLY took the early lead on the inside, held off challenging rival and kicked clear in the final furlong. CHEESE raced off the pace in the two path, pushed out six wide in the stretch by drifting rival but was still able to rally for the place award. ANGEL MESA pressed the pace from the two path, faded in the final sixteenth but held for the dead heat for show. WILD GIRL stalked the pace from the three path, rallied late to hit the board with a dead heat for show. AMORICA trailed early, passed tiring foe in the final sixteenth, made no impact. A SHAWTOWN GIRL a step slow out of the gate, advanced on the inside, drifted out five wide in the stretch and weakened.
