Chart notes
BABY YODA coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand just off the inside patiently handled until set down spinning from the two path into upper stretch, drew clear under a drive and was geared down in the final jumps to the wire establishing a track record. WAR STRIDE got bumped at the start by SHERIFF BIANCO, who broke inwards, chased along the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, angled four wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. LIGHT MAN led early on briefly until displaced by BABY YODA on the front with five and a half furlongs to run, chased four then three wide under coaxing from the seven-sixteenths, swung three wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild bid. Following a shoe repair in the paddock, TWENTY FOUR MAMBA stumbled at the start recovering outwards and bumping REPO ROCKS conceding two to three lengths to the front before settling into stride, chased three then two wide under a ride from the three-eighths pole, took the inside route into upper stretch and improved position to the finish. SHERIFF BIANCO broke in at the start bumping WAR STRIDE, chased two to three wide down the backstretch and then four wide through the turn urged along from midway, swung three to four wide for home, weakened in the stretch. REPO ROCKS got bumped at the start by TWENTY FOUR MAMBA, who recovered outwards from a stumble, chased four to five wide under encouragement from the seven-sixteenths, went six to seven wide into upper stretch, offered no response. TOP GUNNER coaxed from the gate, chased five then four wide under urging from three furlongs out, angled six wide at the top of the stretch, tired.
