Chart notes
ATTA BOY ANTHONY set the pace, was driven from the two path into the far turn, floated out to the five path at the top of the lane, but dug in to hold on gamely. COOL RAGS raced off the pace, was driven in the four path around the far turn, swung out to the seven path at the top of the stretch, and ran on. COTE D'IVOIRE trailed, moved up under a ride in the two path around the far turn, and finished evenly. AMERICAN PURE pressed, bid in the three path around the far turn, but got herded out to the six path at the top of the stretch, then faded. REAPPLY chased in the four path but retreated. SARGEANT BARGER had a slow start, rated inside but never menaced. NO CHANGES WERE MADE AFTER OBJECTIONS WERE LODGED BY THE RIDERS OF COOL RAGS AND AMERICAN PURE AGAINST THE RIDER OF ATTA BOY ANTHONY FOR INTERFERENCE AT THE TOP OF THE STRETCH.
