Chart notes
MONEYSHOT was reserved off the pace while racing two-wide on the turn, angled out to be three-wide nearing the quarter pole, took the lead entering the stretch and quickly drew clear. BLUEGRASS GO GO saved ground while being allowed to settle, angled out two-wide nearing the eighth pole and finished strongly. BALLYVAUGHAN GIG vied with MISTER MIDAS for the lead to the stretch from along the inside and held on well for third. MISTER MIDAS was bumped at the start by FRUIT LUTES then vied for the lead with BALLYVAUGHAN GIG to the stretch and weakened. ITS KRAKEN TIME was forwardly placed while racing three-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and lacked a rally. LUCKY CODE settled in the middle of the field early, came five-wide into the stretch and weakened. FRUIT LUTES broke into bump with MISTER MIDAS then raced three-wide and failed to be a factor.
