Chart notes
UNCLE TUFFY was bumped at the break, reserved early and two wide on the far turn, swung out five wide leaving the turn and closed full of run in the final furlong under a vigorous hand ride to get up late to prove best. ROMANTIC LEAD chased the early pace and then moved out to make advance early to press the pace between rivals and then vie for command on the far turn, made a three wide bid leaving the turn to gain a short lead nearing the furlong marker and draw clear by the sixteenth marker but was caught late and had to settle for second best. KING OF GOTHAM bumped a rival at the break, set the early pace while clear and then was pressured nearing the half mile marker and then vied for command on the far turn and battled on to the three sixteenths marker but faded in the final furlong while staying on for the show award. SHOULDAWOODACOULDA was bumped at the break, settled back and saved ground on the far turn and angled out by the three sixteenths to make a bid but needed more late. WITH FULL HONORS was four wide into the first turn, settled on the outside and was four wide on the far turn and came five wide into the lane but had no rally. BONAFIDE tracked the pace on the inside early, moved out and was three wide on the far turn and tired. FLYIN RYAN chased the early pace and then moved up to press the pace from the outside by the half mile marker and then vied for command on the far turn but tired nearing the quarter pole.
