Chart notes
MCKINZIE MAGIC stalked in the five path, bid in the three path midway around the turn, ran on to sustain that bid in the four path down the lane, and inched ahead late. CHANCE TAKER pressed in the four path, took the lead in the two path midway around the turn, dug in gamely down the stretch, but was edged out in the final strides. STEAL POETIC slowly broke in at the start, chased inside but was one paced from the two path down the lane. HELEN OF C'VILLE raced off the pace in the three path but made no impact. SPICY NOODLES trailed in the two path and never threatened. DELIGHTED set the pace in the three path but gave way in the stretch, was eased across the line, bled and walked off.
