Chart notes
A LITTLE CANELA surged to the top three deep on the turn clearing near mid track in upper stretch holding on under outside pressure late. REDWHITEANDTACOS chased the pace coming six wide down the lane surging late to be right there on the wire. OOPSIE DOOPSIE hustled along vied between horses into upper stretch extending willingly late on the inside. TRUE INDY a step slow raced wide to upper stretch finishing evenly. ALTER THE STARS slow early played no factor. BEATIFUL KARLA pressed the pace dueling abreast foe through the turn wearing out down the stretch. SCREAM MACHINE away alertly dueled along the inside through the turn giving way in upper stretch. PER RULING #140 FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA RACING COMMISSION, A LITTLE CANELA WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM FIRST TO UNPLACED DUE TO A MEDICATION VIOLATION.
