Chart notes
STEEL VENGEANCE established the front with six and a half furlongs to run and showed the way in hand just off the inside under pressure from GLINT to the outside, tucked to the rail through the turn and spun two to three wide into upper stretch, drew clear under a drive to prevail, then got pulled up in the gallop out and was vetted and cooled off before being transported off the course via equine ambulance. GLINT brushed the near side stall at the start under coaxing, pressed the pace three then two wide, angled three to four wide into upper stretch, ran on to chase the winner home clear of the rest and along second best. FINAL DENILE chased along the inside under coaxing from the five-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch, weakened. AZ U CHASE ME chased from the two path briefly before tipping out three then four wide, came under urging at the three-eighths marker, went eight wide into upper stretch and improved position in the stretch. FIRST TRUMPET chased just off the inside under a ride from the three-eighths, continued just off the inside into upper stretch, weakened. SOLO EMPIRE broke out at the start, raced four to five paths off the inside in aim of the front down the backstretch, tucked three wide through the turn, went six to seven wide into upper stretch and tired.
