JURA kicked away early to set an uncontested pace in the two path, was roused when challenged passing the three-eighths pole, and kicked away again from the three path down the lane. WILL E SUTTON rated in the three path, moved up to bid passing the three-eighths pole, got repelled by the winning pacesetter at the top of the stretch, but chased on to clearly be second best. MR. PETERKIN was wellback in the four path, moved into contention along the rail passing the three-eighths pole, but faded in the three path down the lane. TAKE CHARGE D'ORO hopped at the start and always trailed from around the five path. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
