Chart notes
GOLDEN REIGN tracked inside, bid in the three path passing the quarter, took command at the top of the lane, and held on. ENGLISH CHALLENGE trailed in the five path, angled to the rail passing the quarter, and rallied up the inside down the stretch for place. FROSTY THE SOLDIER stalked in the two path, was ridden in the four path around the far turn, floated out to the six path at the top of the stretch, but flattened in the final furlong. OVERHAUL raced off the pace in the four path and mildly improved. RANSOMWARE set the pace inside, but lost the lead while in the two path at the top of the lane, and faded. GALILEE was wellback in the five path and never threatened. PICKFORD rated in the three path but retreated.
