RASPBERRY MARTINI with the pace in the two path early, inherited a slightly larger advantage when the early leader was pulled up three furlongs out, shook clear through the final turn and drew out steadily through the lane. CAMS HOTROD tucked in behind the first flight past the wire the first time, moved closer while outside the winner late backstretch, chased that one through the final turn, proved no match while clearly second best. GOSPEL TREASURE restless in the gate prior to the start then was off a beat slow, moved up to a forward position, prompted the winner from the outside early backstretch, then could not keep up with that one nor the runnerup. IMPUDENT broke in good order, raced forwardly and four wide into the first turn, lost considerable ground and began to back up before three furlongs. DANCININTHECOUNTRY set or forced the early pace along the inside, appeared to go wrong with three furlongs remaining, pulled up, was removed from the track via the equine ambulance. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate final time.
