Chart notes

GIANT MOON pressed the pace outside of the leader, bid at the five-eighths pole, dueled and drew off at the eighth pole under a mild drive. VICTOR C bore in at the start, went clear, dueled and couldn't last. DAN D'ORO was off awkwardly, stalked the pace in the two path and faded in the stretch. GROUND SHAKER was bumped at the start, raced inside, bid in the four path at the five-eighths pole, bid near then three-eighths pole and faltered near the quarter pole. HOPE OF GLORY passed tired rivals outside. PREDECESSOR stalked the pace in the four path and gave way in the far turn. COMMANDER'S COIN stalked the pace between rivals and gave way near the quarter pole.
