Chart notes
MALIBU WARRIOR stalked the early pace and made a three wide bid to vie for command nearing the quarter pole, then was clear leaving the turn and drew off in the final furlong under left handed crop urging. VALORE set the pace on the inside and was pressured nearing the half mile marker and passed leaving the quarter pole, then proved to be no match for the winner while clearly second best. LUCKY RUNNING CAT was rated early on, made a four wide bid while being ridden along nearing the quarter pole, but could not sustain that bid while weakening, kept on for the show award. YES POINT was settled along the inside and saved ground on the far turn and moved out in the lane but had no rally. THIRD WATCH was off a step slow, between rivals on the first turn, then advanced two wide and moved out on the turn and came five wide into the lane but tired. MIDNIGHT AMBITION was four wide into the first turn and settled on the outside, four wide on the far turn and never threatened. IMPAZIBLE PRINCE was five wide into the first turn and reserved on the outside, three to two path on the far turn and never factored.
