Chart notes
ESTRELLA FUGAZ stalked the pace around the turn, drew even with the pace setter nearing the furlong marker, when called on leaving the sixteenth pole, drew off smartly through the wire. TAKE YOUR TIME ultra sharp from the gate, quickened leaving the quarter pole, collared into the lane, left lead, stayed on clear for the place through the wire. AUBURN MILL chased to the turn, bid five wide into the lane, along show in the final jumps. RIDE THE BRAND chased the pace inside around the turn, clean rail bid turning for home, flattened out lost the show money at the wire. CHRISTOPHER'SHEART chased the pace four deep into the lane, had no late punch. JUBA BOUND broke mid pack, pressed between to the turn, in tight quarters leaving the quarter pole, came up empty through the stretch. BREAK THE CHAINS slow start, never fired. ROCKING TO HOME lacked speed to turn, never threatened. DOC ELM broke slow, never factored.
