Chart notes
UNWORKABLE pressed the pace in the early strides, took command before the first call, widened the advantage through upper stretch and was unchallenged as much best. ENGLISH TIDE reserved off the early pace along the inside, saved ground through the bend cutting the corner turning for home and closed well up the fence to gain the place. HEAVY HITTER tracked the leaders through the turn, rallied six wide turning for home and showed good late interest through the lane just missing the place. EE YAH chased the speeding winner through the turn and ran-on in the lane. EL GAVILAN stalked the pace from the inside, tipped out while prominently placed turning for home and lacked a closing kick for the stretch drive. MAJOR WAGER bumped leaving the gate, dropped back well behind the field in the early going and passed weker in the lane. ALL JOKES ASIDE broke inward, bumped rival at the start and went evenly failing to menace thereafter. JABRAN was not a factor.
