Chart notes
ASPEN DAWN unhurriedly brought up the rear, began advancing on the far turn moving out on that bend, rapidly circled past horses six wide to reach contention, struck a narrow lead in mid-stretch, edged away a bit from a game rival and was kept to the task late. REVELER'S ROW set the pace from off the rail, was asked by the top of the stretch, overtaken in mid-stretch, fought on but was no match. SHARP FLAME was caught outside four to five wide early, eased back and tucked in a bit up the backstretch still outside foes, moved up in behind but had no place to go about the five-sixteenths, again faced traffic near the quarter pole and again in upper stretch, was guided out at the eighth pole, finished strongly to get up for show. WAR PAINTER tracked in behind inside just off the rail, steadied just slightly near the five- and one-half in behind, moved out and advanced three wide past the five-sixteenths to reach striking distance, lacked the needed late kick and lost show late. DESTINY RO shifted in, settled just off the pace, tracked inside, went evenly. BRUTALLY HONEST moved out off the rail early, was in the three to four path through the first turn, moved up outside in an early advance heading up the backstretch, moved to within range going four to five wide on the far turn, had no late bid and weakened some in the stretch. STREET PRINCESS pressed three wide early, moved out a bit while beginning to weaken late on the far turn, faded in the stretch.
