Chart notes
ANCHISES broke outward crowding rivals away from the gate, raced wide on the lead into the first turn, drifted further out nearing the thirteen-sixteenths pole into runner-up's path, remained on the lead racing wide down the backstretch under steady pressure, dug-in gamely holding the presser safe in the lane and just held off the gaining runner-up at the line. BREATH DEEPLY raced five wide on the first turn stalking the pace, steadied briefly when the winner drifted out on the bend, settled to a stalking position for the next half mile, rallied turning for home and was edging closer to the winner through the lane only to be denied at the wire. STEAL THE RHODE pressed the pace from the inside to the head of the lane, battled the winner down the stretch failing to get passed and was outkicked in deep stretch in a good effort. EXPRESS STAR slow early to be the trailer to the far turn, angled seven wide for the drive and rallied well belatedly. SPECTACULAR LUCK unhurried to be at the rear of the field to the top of the lane, angled eight wide and showed good late interest. TRAVELLER went evenly as a non-threat. GRAND PARK VIEW raced in mid-pack and lacked a clsoing response. RISEN SAVIOR tracked the leaders for three-quarters and faded coming home. THE RIDER OF THE RUNNER-UP CLAIMED FOUL FOR INTERFERENCE BY THE WINNER IN THE FIRST TURN NEAR THE THIRTEEN-SIXTEENTHS POLE, UPON REVIEW THE STEWARDS RULED THAT THE WINNER INDEED DRIFTED WIDE ON THE TURN .BUT COULD NOT DETERMINE THAT THE RUNNER-UP'S MOMEMENTUM HAD BEEN IMPEDED AND DISALLOWED THE CLAIM OF FOUL.
