CALL DARLA broke alertly, prompted the winner from the outside while firmly in hand, continued in the second flight while four wide through the second turn, quickly accelerated to the front midway up the backstretch, well clear through the final turn, maintained that sizable advantage through the lane while being kept to task. GOSPEL STUNNING took over soon after the start, set the pace while being rated off the inside, offered little resistance to the winner when challenged with over a quarter to run, chased that one home while comfortably holding the second spot. OUR GIRL FLINT lacked speed, moved off the inside, continued back for six furlongs, along for the show to be well clear of the others, no threat to the top pair. MAJESTIC IRONS chased the runner up from along the inside for five furlongs, steadily weakened to lose the third spot through the lane. STELLA'S CHOICE fell back to trail after the start, showed little to be well beaten. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
