Chart notes
TWO WORLDS in the second flight while saving ground, lacked a closing punch through the lane to finish up evenly. FLASHY BOY GOES pressured the leader for five furlongs, began to weaken and had little left for the stretch drive. AWESOME OUTLAW broke forwardly, narrowly set a pressured pace, began to weaken when headed by the winner with three furlongs remaining. HAMAZING WISDOM settled off the pace and the inside, came on the outside for the drive, narrowly missed the nod for the place while also unable to make inroads on the winner. PATRIOTIC DUTY broke back, remained unhurried for almost a half, moved out, five wide second turn, made a winning move on the outside with three furlongs remaining, shook clear into the far turn, maintained to the wire under steady handling. ROYALLY broke well, forwardly placed while three wide most of the way, bit closer after a half, could not keep pace with the winner into the final turn, continued to chase that one through the stretch, gained the nod for the place at the wire while closest to the inside. NINETY TWO broke out, four wide through the first turn, continued to race off the inside and tired. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
