Chart notes
SOULLESS stumbled out of the gate in front, set all the pace and widened at will through the stretch to win as his rider pleased. NATIONAL STORY was bumped hard from his outside at the start, chased the winner two wide, dug in gamely late and gained second. LAST MINUTE MIKEY was fractious in the gate, bore in bumping hard with NATIONAL STORY at the start, was in tight along the rail near the half mile marker, chased the winner while saving ground and was nailed for second at the wire. GHOST OF LONDYN close up from the start, checked while lacking room entering the turn, swung outside entering the stretch then weakened. MERGER failed to menace. DR. GEORGE had brief speed, stopped on the turn, jogged to the wire and was transported off the track via equine ambulance.
