Chart notes
LIFE ON THE NILE showed the most early speed to cross over and gain inside position into the first turn, made all the running, kicked well clear into the final turn and held the margin under a hand ride. PRINCE IS MY BOY stalked the pace from along the inside and could not get to the winner while holding clear for the place. ROSIE'S BOY settled back off the pace three or four wide, moved up into the lane but could only best the others. LEXINGTON RIVER stalked the pace from four wide and lacked a final closing run. LEAOFLITTLEFAITH stalked the pace three or four wide in good position but weakened. CREATIVE MIRACLE chased the winner from three wide early and weakened.
